Risk Disclosure
Trading carries real risk. Before you open an account with SpeedMax Algo, please read this disclosure carefully and consider whether trading is right for you.

Capital at risk
Trading crypto, forex, stocks and commodities involves significant risk and may not suit every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Market risk
Prices of cryptocurrencies, currency pairs, shares and commodities can move quickly in either direction. Events such as news announcements, regulatory changes and shifts in global sentiment can cause large and sudden price swings, including losses that exceed your expectations.
Leverage risk
Where leveraged products are available, leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small market movement can result in losses greater than your initial deposit. You should understand how leverage works before using it.
Technology risk
The platform relies on software, data feeds and internet connectivity. Interruptions, delays or failures, whether on our side, your side, or with third-party data providers, can affect your ability to open or close trades at a desired price.
Algorithm signals are not guarantees
The algorithm studies historical price data, trends and volume to surface trade ideas. It does not predict the future. Signals may be wrong, markets may behave differently than the pattern suggests, and you may lose money following any signal. Every trade is your decision.
No guaranteed profits
SpeedMax Algo never promises guaranteed profits or risk-free trading. Any person or service suggesting otherwise is not speaking for us. If an offer sounds too good to be true, treat it with caution.
Volatility of cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrencies are particularly volatile. Prices can fall sharply within minutes, liquidity can dry up, and regulatory status can change. Treat crypto trading as high risk and only commit funds you can afford to lose completely.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the trades you place and for understanding the products you trade. Use the platform's risk controls, like stop-loss and take-profit levels, and never trade money you need for essential living costs.
Seek advice
If you are unsure whether trading suits your circumstances, speak to an independent financial adviser before opening an account.
